A wonderful friend is retiring on her 66th birthday after nearly 20 years of working at the library. I searched the internet and found great ideas for this card.

I played a lot with making the vintage Manila folder-colored pockets that used to hold the slips of paper we used to check out books. (Egad! I’m dating myself.....)

I even put magnets on Retirement Rules so Phyllis could stick them to her frig.
