Authentique sewing papers were used for outer envelooe, as well as the die cut tags. The tape measure is part of the paper pack, was misted, crumpled, and then fan folded, and glued in place. The small printed image on the large tag, was printed from the internet, as well as the sentiment on the upper tag. The charms are a sissors, with a wooden spool with cotton material wrapped around it, and a pink button, both in jump rings. YT video from the originator of this style.
