You work is beautiful but this is the first time I've seen pocket letters. What are the "letters" mounted on? Would this b we used as a page for an album? Thank you for the materials list with pictures.bb
Stunning my friend & love the papers, your embossing & all those wonderful goodies you added to each one.Great use of all the dies. I can't pick a fave this time because I love it all!:)
Wow! This is gorgeous. Love the colors and absolutely adore the butterflies! Really like how you did the Yvonne's name. On another of your posts I saw those die cut letters and liked them so much I order a set of dies for myself.
This is perfect! I love Yvonne's name down the side. Do I even have to say I love the pink? The paper is beautiful! It's hard but since I always pick a favorite pocket I have to choose pocket 8!
Good morning friends! Sharing the pocket letter I made for Yvonne (Euroalien) for our swap here on sb.com hosted by Rebecca (Nunya). Yvonne and I decided to go with the favorite colors theme. Although my favorite colors are soft shades of purple, I do love pink and white together, which are two of Yvonne's favorite colors.
For this pocket letter I used Blue Fern Studios Garden Life Collection paper from what was left over from my stint as Guest Designer for Reneabouquets. The white cardstock is Paper Accents. I ran the white through my Big Shot using Paper Studio's Intricate Swirl embossing folder, then lightly rubbed my Versamark over the raised edges and heat embossed with Stampendous Shabby Pink embossing enamel. For the pink papers I used my Paper Studio's Mum Flowers EF and sanded them down a bit. I inked around the edges of all the ATC's with Tim Holtz Spun Sugar. On the paper with the roses I rubbed my Versamark pen and then heat embossed with Stampendous Kaleidoscope to bling them up a bit. Can't really see it in the picture.
The lovely butterflies, cherub, Beautiful Board on the bottom, the lace and bling in pocket 8 are all Reneabouquets. On the intricate BB I heat embossed with Shabby White.
The piece in pocket 2 is Dusty Attic and I also heat embossed it with Shabby White. The pink button in the center is from Hobby Lobby, as well as the pleated trim on the side and gold corners.
The elegant shaped die I used on pockets 1, 5 and 8 as well as postage stamp dies are from Amazon.
Special thanks to Carri (Caletts) for the Tutu Pink mini prills I used on pockets 4 and 6 and the pink pearls, and to Kelly (KVRLVN) for the green leaf diecuts.
I have added close-up pictures to see detail a little better.
Thank you so much for visiting my gallery. Even though I am unable most of the time to thank each one of you individually please know I do appreciate your time and feedback.
