This card was inspired by the September Card Sketch Challenge's bonus category. I'd purchased some Lindy's Stamp Gang Magical Shakers a few months back and made the background just to try them out, and it has been sitting around since then. I thought it looked kind of neat combined with the bright colors I chose for my balloons.
