For DS's 2016 album - these pictures and others that will be on several other pages are from Yosemite. He wrote the journaling: Upon arriving in Yosemite and after setting up camp, I was determined to get to Glacier Point and watch the sunset on Half Dome. From Glacier Point you can see Vernal and Nevada falls to the East, and sitting at 8844 feet, Half Dome to the Northeast. Glacier Point itself sits at 7214 feet, 3200 feet above the valley below.
