Nice idea! Sounds like a lot of garlic to me, but otherwise good. Do you only baste the chops or do you pour that mixture in the slow cooker?

Oh...I'm not much of a meat eater but I do like pork chops. This recipe sounds yummy. I love my slow cooker and this would be great for us. Thanks for the scrapping inspiration and the recipe!!!
