This is my LO for the mixed media and girls only challenges. I made the background with watercolors and cut the balloons with my cameo. I got the Nuvo drops in my Hip Kit Club stuff, I had never played with them before, but I loved them. I can put happy polka dots on everything now! :) I also added dimension to the clouds with them.
