I colored the adorable mermaid, fishes, coral and weeds in bright colors. I created a dreamy underwater background using Distress Oxide inks. To create a rock, I drew a rough shape on a masking paper and colored the open area with brown distress oxides. Once the scene was ready I added few water droplets and some white gauche splatters. To finish the card, I added a sentiment and foam mounted the images.
