Your photos remind me that every aspect of a cruise or trip is memorable and hard to put in words once your trip is over. Photos help us spark the feelings, memories, and emotions of the day. I like the pops of red along your page that pulled from the pictures. Interesting to read of different ways poop is used from The vegetation eating animals.
Love that scalloped border. Paired with the red strip it looks like an awning of a quaint little shop which works lovely over the tour photos. Really in love with the pp you chose to go under the photos, you have such an eye for pulling out the colors in your photos. Just beautiful!
Wonderful LO.
That border from Blanca is just what you needed - the perfect touch! Great pages - I love getting pictures of the locals, especially tour guides who were especially memorable. Always nice when you get such a terrific guide! I never thought of donkey poop being used in building a house. Seems it would smell awful and attract flies but like you said - whatever works for them. You have to make do with what you have.
Great double! The way you picked up on the red and carried it over to the second page unifies your LO. The punched and scalloped borders are a great combo. Love the chipboard title!
We left the ship and were greeted by our terrific guide and driver. We learned about the area and the country. The driver stopped so we could see a ceibo tree. It looks like a stalk of broccoli to me! Next stop was an example of a traditional Ecuadorian home. It is constructed of soil, straw and donkey poop! Whatever works! :)
I have to thank Blanca (T-towngirl) for the lovely scalloped border. It worked great!!!
Thank you for your visit. It is always appreciated.
