Okay, so the bow is glued to a paper clip. I watched a video today by Angela Kerr making what she called Page Hangers. I took a scrap of the card base and folding it in half, put the paper clip over the folded edge and glued it down, then covered both sides with pretty ephemera to be used as a bookmark! The paper clip holds it onto the card...
