What a great 2-pager and I love your punchwork on the side! Your journaling is fascinating - I knew nothing about Sam Houston before and am enjoying learning about him. How interesting about the kitchen. We saw homes in Valley Forge and that part of the country with separate kitchen - and I'm sure they were separate for the same reasons.

After we finished up at the Steamboat House we walked over to the Woodland House - where the Houstons lived for 10 years. We walked through the open "breezeway" to see the rooms. Tje Law Office and kitchen were not open but we could look inside. The other out buildings we passed on.

There is a lot of journaling on this 2 pager so I kept it simple. The picture of the plaque for the law office did not come out well so I Typed it up and printed it.
