I used a green piece of patterned paper and sprayed it with some spray for sparkle. After it dried, I used some embossing paste and a stencil to add some texture as well. After it all dried, I die cut the whole panel with a Deckle edge die.
I used two different snowflake dies to cut 3 snowflakes--2 smaller ones out of two different gold papers and a larger red snowflake cut out of more patterned paper.
I used some washi tape on the bottom 1/3 of the card and then glued the snowflakes onto the card. I then used a sentiment and stamped and heat embossed with gold embossing powder onto white paper and then cut it into a rectangular shape. I ink blended the paper with Pine Needles Distress Ink, distressed the edges and then directly inked around the edge of the rectangle. I then heat embossed the edges of the sentiment as well.
To finish the card, I added foam tape behind the sentiment and added it to the green background. I added sequins around the panel for more bling. I glued two additional pieces of scrap cardstock behind the green panel for dimension and then glued the whole thing onto an A2 sized card base.
