Die cut the blue panel, the cheers sentiment, the lemon, and after stamping; the PI lemonade girl & sentiment.
Colored the girl with copic markers. Foam mounted the girl and the sentiment after cutting into strips.
Added some white and black get pen. And some shimmer to her dress.
