Hi There! Layering a few scrapbook papers is one of my favorite techniques to use on a scrapbook layout because
1. layers tame a busy background paper
2. its a great way to use leftover strips of paper. Carefully positioned two strips of paper look like a much larger piece of paper behind your photos.
3. layers make the photos the focus of a layout.
4. layers provide places to tuck embellishments.
Its a technique I use often, so give it a try.
