This is a 5 x 5 inch card made with black cardstock, then matted with ivory pearl card.

I think I got this die from Crafters Companion. It's very detailed but oh so pretty.
I added purple gems to the eyes and Tonic Studios Crystal drops in Sweet Lilac and Dandelion Yellow to the tiny flowers.
