My frame for the June Reneabouquet challenge.

Started with a 99-cent frame from Michaels, add a little paint, sanding paste, glitter paste, shells, RB Beautiful Board panel, RB glass glitter, RB shell, RB pearl, RB seahorse and RB starfish. IRL, the glitter is really glittery and shiny.
