This is a standard A2 size card made with white cardstock, then layered with a blue mirror card and then black cardstock.
I used a circle panel die to cut pink glitter card, purple mat mirror card and gold mat mirror card.
I used the gold die cut as my base. I adhered it to some white cardstock that I had applied double sided tape to.
I used the pieces from the purple and pink glitter die cuts to paper piece the bubbles.
The space between the bubbles is covered in a holographic glitter that I had, and it matched the colors.
I die cut a banner from the same purple mat mirror card and added two clear gems. I added the sentiment in white (Paper Wishes). I mounted the sentiment onto my card with foam squares.
