I first cut an octagon out of double sided cardstock using Cricut and flipped the cut out. I double matted the photo in coordinating greens so it would stand out. The title was cut using a "scarey" font using Cricut while sticker buttons, washi tape, and a fabrick flower embellishment were added. Journaling explaining the hair was right on the photo. (post bow hair)
