I used a collage website to make the square photo. I matted it on green, polka dot paper that coordinated well with the candle paper. I added a 45 degree square of orange paper to help the matted photo stand out. I cut the initials of the birthday boys and girl out of sparkly paper and added the same colored enamel dots to the corners. The title was cut using Cricut.
