About two weeks ago, my son called me one late afternoon and asked if I could make a wedding card for his friend David who was getting married in about an hour. I replied, ugh, no. Not in an hour! At 34, he still thinks mom can do anything! Isn't that sweet? LoL
So the married couple returned this week from their honeymoon and my son would be seeing him tonight at their Sketchers Night Out. They belong to a group of young men who get together on Saturday evenings to sketch and color together. I think it is super sweet. I say young men, because I see them like that, but these are mostly grown men in their 30s and 40s. They do have an occasional young 12 year old with his dad show up and I know there is a gentleman in his 60s that comes in now and then as well, but the bulk of the group, are my son's age. Anyway, he asked if I could now make a card for David and his bride. So I whipped this up today in about three hours. LoL

This is Bride 'n Groom from Jade Dragonne. I left FB in 2019 and at that time, she was on there handing out freebies. I picked this one up at DeviantArt which is where I originally found her. Image is colored with Copic markers, a silver gel pen and Stickles glitter glue in Stardust. Sentiment is from Penny Black Not Older, Better and I heat embossed it in silver. Inked the edges of the paper in TH Oxide ink in Pumice Stone. Poem inside the card is one I found online. It read a little different so I changed it to fit more for this occasion. All other supplies are from my stash. Copics used are:
Skin: E04, E11, E01, E00
Bride: R20, R08
Groom: R01
Hair: E49, E47, E44, E43
Eyes: C6, C5, C4
Grays: C6, C5, C4, C3
Whites: C3, C2, C1, C0
Green: G94, G24, G21
Wood: E79, E57, E35, E31
Shadow: C4, C3, C2, C1
Thanks for looking!
