Hi There! Busy background paper brings lots of life to a scrapbook layout, but it does have some challenges. One of them is how to keep the page title from getting lost.
One way to make a scrapbook layout title visible on busy paper is to use large, thick letters in a contrasting color. It works, but can look heavy on a scrapbook page.
Another option is to create an over-sized mat around the pictures, then position the layout title on the mat. Selecting a tone on tone paper to mat the photos helps both the photographs and page title to standout.
