Give a Cheer
Hi There! In addition to this book being made from envelopes, I sewed a couple envelopes into the signatures. That means I have lots of pockets created by the envelopes and lots of those pockets to decorate each in a different way.
This time I decorated the envelope pocket in a crisscross style, which turned a one pocket page into a three pocket page.
Following the lines of the envelope, I folded a piece of book page on the diagonal, then glued two sides to the envelope creating the second pocket.
Repeated the process on the other side which created the third pocket.
Added a bit of trim, then stuffed the pockets with journal cards from the collection to create this cute page.
