I brought together old and new again for this sweet little snowy tag. I started out by applying TCW's Light and Fluffy Modeling Paste through the stencil to create the background on a tag made of black cardstock.

I then created an embellishment for the tag by cutting out a circle, fussy cutting this little VW van out and then adding on a sticker. Finishing touches included some mirrored stars and some twine!
