This layout is one I created for the CSI scrapbook challenge - case # 400. I used up the papers from the previous pages kit and captured a family tradition.
I put the journaling under the Bingo Card.
The stars were fussy cut and the little ornaments were the reverse side of the paper fussy cut.
I used distress stain to splatter across the layout when finished.
