I used a frosted vellum page over the paper to tone down the colors so they didn't compete as strongly with the photos, because I really wanted to use the paper given how the pattern matched the circular patterns in the kerbstones. I used a Lea France template (Celtic, naturally) for the overall design of the page. The prose at the bottom of the page represents stream-of-consciousness thoughts as I worked on the page.
