These dapper dudes are off to the Pirate Ghost Ball! I had such fun creating this long string banner decoration with a mix of elements from Whimsy Stamps. I used these fun pirate themed stamps to dress up some old Halloween lollipop skeletons and added a top hat and ties for a bit of snazzy fun. I created a 'spooky' sign for the middle of the banner and on black watercolour paper I used a gorgeous set of paints from Vicki Boutin to add the delish metallic shine. I added some pearls to finish the wee critters for some added details.
