Eye want candy treat tag

This is a fun and easy tag to create.I started by inking up a Tim Holtz #5 mixed media tag with Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn and then dried it. I used the Tim Holtz Mini peek-a-boo stencil and placed that on the tag and used Cloud Whip over it. I then carefully added dots for the eyes using Glossy Black pops of color. After that dried I went in with a white gel pen on the eyes and a black gel pen to add more dots throughout the tag. I stamped out my saying then matted that onto black cardstock and then cut it out again, I used black foam tape to pop that up on the tag. I tied a bow and added extra ribbon to run through the tag and tie around the treat bag.
