Using the Coreopsis Garden Die by Susan Tierney-Cockburn + Spellbinders, I dies cut the pieces of the flowers and then shaped the leaves using tweezers and a ball stylus.
I inked the stamen strips with Versamark ink and dipped them in gold Embossing ink. I hear art them and rolled the strips.
Each flower is comprised of several off-set layers and then the stamen piece is attached at the center.
I cut the Happy Birthday as well as the layering pieces for the background.
I embossed the gold cardstock with a Tim Holtz woodgrain Embossing folder and then assembled the card, adding the leaves for the flowers where they fit.
