FInally documenting one of my earlier altered item pieces done for one f the Reneabouquet challenges. This started as a melamine plate, painted with acrylic paint, then layered with a TransferMe image, tissue paper, and decorated with a bunch of stuff. I love that RB mermaid! I painted it using alcohol markers and metallic acrylic paints.
