Krampus is an Austrian tradition part of Advent. No he is not Santa's evil twin nor does he drag people off to hell. He is the half man half goat brother of St. Nicholas. He visits naughty children on Krampusnacht (Krampus Night) on December 5 and swats them on the bottom with switches, then warns them to behave better in the year to come. Not to worry if you've been well behaved though! St. Nicholas will leave you chocolates, nuts and oranges in your shoes instead.

I used the new Sizzix Infinite Doodles collection to create my little Krampus. He is adorned with a basket of switches, red robes and chains and features his iconic long tongue and horns!
