I cut 7.5x3 strips of red cardstock. I decorated with holiday themed scrapbook paper. Then I folded up 2.5" from bottom and secured with mini foam squares at top corners. Popped in a tea bag and added ribbon.
The Holly and Joy die cuts are Paper Rose brand.
