I made this for a friend's birthday. Like me she loves going to the beach so I used Graphic 45 paper for the base. This balloon die is one of my faves. I used black for the outside and made the balloons from metallic to look like the helium balloons.. I gave the inside a bit of a personal touch. Left a banner at the bottom to sign and a message at the top.
