Using a letterpress plate, make the primary Noel panel with black ink. Color inn select images using colored pencils. Cut panel into dome shape using cutting dies. Cut slightly larger dome panel out of foiled cardstock and mount to back of letterpressed image. Mount with foam tape onto plain colored cardstock.
