I had a blast personalizing a small Christmas stocking for a neighbor friend. The assignment was to add his name onto the cuff, and then I could "go wild" with the rest.
Since he rides a motorcycle, owns a cat and a pup, and plays video games, I was able to capture those main features with die cuts! The Harley Davidson alpha stickers were perfect for adding his name. He had shown me a photo of his pup sitting on his motorcycle, so I thought it was fun to recreate that on the stocking. Holographic paper was a great touch for the pet tags, game controller buttons and motorcycle parts. I used Crafter's Companion glossy black paper for the rest of motorcycle, and same brand of matte glitter paper for the pets. Paw stickers filled in the rest of the space. He won 'Best Stocking' at his company holiday party!
