Simple Sympathy Cards

I have some beautiful new Quick Card Panels from Whimsy Stamps which I got recently for those hard to make Sympathy cards. I find it a struggle to create them when they're actually needed, so having a few on hand is helpful, but these panels if you need one at short notice are really lovely. They have a painterly beautiful finish to them and are perfect too for 'Thinking of You' and 'Get Well' cards too. I kept these pretty simple, just using a couple of lovely fancy frame dies also from Whimsy to add a little simple interest to the cards. I chose two fabulous SBC paper pads to add the plain base colours for the cards. I used the beautiful hues of the newer A2 Daybreak Paper Pad but also the A2 Peppermint Paper Pad. I added sentiments which came with the image panels, that I diecut with a lovely Quick Strips Die Set from Whimsy Stamps. I popped up some of the image and sentiment panels on foam for a bit of dimension, but added some directly to the base paper layer and then added the finished panels onto Neenah Top Folding A2 Card Bases also from SBC.
