I created this layout during a recent live with Shimelle; I scrapped along as she scrapped along. I did my own thing but chatted along with others during her live. What fun! I found these 12x12 seventies-esque background papers from Hobby Lobby recently. I was smitten to my core at first sight! I thought: these match my pants when I was a little girl and I must have them! So, purchase them I did, and create pages, I did. I also used Main Character Energy elements from Shimelle, and Love, Elsie ribbon, chipboard buttons, a a frame from a zillion years ago that's languished forever in my stash. I hand made the larger blue frame using blue card stock and random cutting the waves by hand. I also used some other products that I've had since 2006! It's time, y'all!!! I die cut vellum stars and hand wrote journaling on strips which I popped up, after inking the edges, as always, of coursed. I used a stamp set from Shimelle for the journaling box and colored it in complementary stripes with my Copic markers. And that's about a wrap!
