Love For A Friend

I've made this card for a crafty friend who's going through some tough stuff right now. I wanted to send them a little love and support and a reminder to take the time they need to focus on themself and to heal and recover. I've used a gorgeous patterned paper from Whimsy Stamps from their Calico set and some lovely shimmery red cardstock to cut the fabulous 'love' fancy word die from. I've cut two from plain red cardstock, the same I used for the sentiment strip and card base, but made the final layer the lovely shimmery red cardstock for a bit more interest. The card shape was done with a Whimsy die, but could also be done with a corner rounder punch. I've decorated the inside too, which you can see in the third image.
