Absolutely stunning lo, you used so many beautiful elements to create this lovely lo, the flowers, key and journaling is perfect to match the precious photo
What a wonderful photo and what a gorgeous layout!!! I love the background stenciling, the chippie pieces and that amazing cluster of flowers and such...
The picture was taken in about 2002-03 at Mom's house in Madera, California. I used Stamperia Lilac Flowers for the background papers. I used Lunar Paste Crown Me and Silver Lining mixed to lighten it up a bit with Finnabair Tapestry Stencil. Then I stamped with Gabi's 49 and Market Postcard from Paris set and American Crafts Noted stamps using VersaMagic Purple Hydrangea.
I used White Pearl Metallique Wax on the intricate metal piece then glued down the pretty girl from Reneabouquets. The key on the left was one I altered a long time ago. Placed it over the edge of some lace from Laura. Next was the flowers from Kelly. The ribbon flowers were in my stash. I used 3 buttons from my stash, diecut several leaves using DCWV Old World stack and inking the edges that were cut from sb.com autumn leaves and delicate leaves. The heart was Tim Holtz and the bird above the flowers was Studio 112. Next the beautiful clock was from Reneabouquets and inked in with VM Purple Hydrangea. The piece above it is Tim Holtz.
Grateful was diecut from sb.com Autumn Leaves. At the top was RB Beautiful Board Flourish that I embossed with WOW! Lilac Shimmer from Carri. The little bird was a piece I had that I used several layers of Lindy;s Starburst Sprays in Apothecary Azure. The butterflies are all RB. Oh yes, at the bottom I used a Prima stencil again with VM Purple Hydrangea.
The tag underneath the picture was for journaling. Hero Arts Wood Frame was the diecut I used.
