Wow, this is incredible! Love the paper, the big flowers with accents on it, the journalling right on the photo - ALL the embellishing is just so fun to look at!
Wonderful layout! It is so great when your child HAS a dream! Someone told me about a year ago.....So few people even have a dream. Those who do rarely get the opportunity to chase it, and even fewer succeed in pursuing their dream. So if he has a dream.......support and encourage him all you can!
I love everything about this page... absolutely everything... but mostly what I love is the fact that you used flowers on a boy page.. so many people won't go there and yet it does not take away from a male type page. I don't know exactly what those lines of what appears to be rhinestone type embellies are but they too are magnificent... I love that mostly in this lo! Bold to go where others might not thread!
This is gorgeous!! I love the colors and the pp. Your journaling is amazing, I love the poem!! And you did it right ON the photo!! I don't think I would have the ****'s to try that!! But you sue made it look beautiful!! You have beautiful printing, too!! Makes all the difference! I love the way you did the title around that wonderful flower. Your titles are always fantastic!! Unique and creative!! Oh heck, Just love all your work, ok???
This is just outstanding !!! How do you do this ??? I love your pages. This one is filled with beautiful details and the title is stunning. Into my fav.
Absolutely STUNNING!!! What a beautiful poem, and this photo is awesome! I wish your ds many successes in his life - He is so lucky to have your love and support!!! Fabulous layout...into my faves...love it all!!!
Once again- I am amazed!!! The photo and the layout are gorgeous, beautiful, stunning- but the poem you wrote is exceptional!!!!!!! This is awesome in each and every way!!! Off to my faves again!!!
Carrot Top's "Lucky" Challenge. I've been waiting for the right moment to scrap this one! At the age of five, yes he's five here, I let him audition for a part in a theater group for young actors. He played a member of the royal court in "Glass Slipper." He looked so dashing in his tuxedo! We were so proud of his professionalism and remarkable ease on stage. He has since played in other roles, just as successfully, but this was his first part. We feel so lucky to be a part of watching him reach for something and thru hard work and dedication, achieve his goal. I can not take credit for the brads on the flower. I am so frustrated since I've lost the original LO I found it on. So if it's your idea, please let me know so I can give recognition that is your due! However, the poem is mine and reads: You boldly announced, at the tender age of three, "An actor is what I want to be!" I smiled and patted you on the head, tomorrow, I was sure, would bring another goal instead. But with each day, you held fast. Your dream of acting did not pass. "Okay, my child," I said with affection. Acting is difficult and full of rejection. "Let's see what your made of. Let's see what you've got! Talent is priceless and can not be bought." Your first production, I must confess, was truly a phenomenal success! Sadly, my words fail to describe our overwhelming happiness and pride. No matter the outcome of God's scheme, we feel so fortunate to just be a part of the dream.
