Here's my finished project. What a hard one to do.
I used the tulle as the fiber on my tags and laced it through the green tag, the shrink plastic I made buttons and word charms and designed them with the green paint. Tha paint chip was sanded and trimmed down for the tag, the cd is peeking out behing the green circle. The string from the tags is on the side of the photos and through the buttons. The mesh is on the corners and has the cream ribbon and gold cord underneath it. I inked eveything and sanded the striped paper. Thanks for looking. :)
