This is for the April imperfect lives challenge:

Journaling reads:

Awake at 6:30 I get my only alone time all day at 7:00 in the shower!!! Then it's time to make Chris's lunch and we have family devotions and prayer, the boys and I gather at the window to wave bye bye to daddy at 7:30
Then I get all the boys dressed before 8:00 so that they canwatch Curious George
while they do this I grab my breakfast and run to the computer to check the message boards and e-mails and almost always have a chat with my mom!
Then it's off to make beds and do the general picking up all four boys in tow working alongside. After Morning chores are done we have playtime and snacks!!
11:30 is lunch time! I clean the kitchen while the boys eat and at 12:00 Carter J and Taye goe down for naps. At this point Caleb heads for the school room to begin the school work he can get done on his own while I finish the kitchen and start dinner.
Once the kitchen is clean Caleb, Jaden and I do school together for a few hours. Then the little ones wake up and we have more play time and snacks. At 4:00 it's time to do chores again! We get everything cleaned up and ready for daddy to arrive home! The laundry has been going all day!
5:30 is the best time of the day, Chris arrives home and we enjoy dinner together as a family! We play with the boys until about 7:15, then it's time for family Bible study, prayer and sharing what we are thankful for.
At 8:00 all the boys are snuggled into bed and we run for the kitchen to make tea and snacks. We sit down together and snuggle and enjoy chatting with each other. Lately we then head upstairs for Chris to write and me to scrapbook until anywhere between 10:00 and 12:00!

In the midst of all of this I change diapers for two children almost endlessly. Teach my children how to love, to communicate, to make wise choices in all things. Get two very curious toddlers out of every imaginable trouble they might find and fill cups, sippy cups and bottles all day long! And transform amazing little boys into heros and animals of all sorts with the tying on of multiple costumes a day!

I love being a wife and a mom!
