My choices for the challenge (2 papers & 1 pen only) were Bazzill black cardstock, Urban Window paper from We R Memory Keepers and a white gel pen. Journaling reads: "You smile like this a lot...just like Mona Lisa. It's said that she has a genuine smile across all cultures so it seems that you smile with some good company! No matter, it is your smile and I love it! Jan. '07, Isabel" I chose to keep the pattern on the backing paper simple. All paper elements were hand-made by me. Also, this really did stretch me because I think this is the first time I have ever used flowers on a layout!
