My son Matthew showing me his "moves". As I looked at the pictures, I wanted to let him know what I really see in him right now, and my hopes that he'll retain that freedom of expression.

I imagine that in about 10 years you’ll want to trash this page. You’ll be a teenager, all concerned about image, even in older pictures of yourself. But I didn’t create this page to embarrass you.
You and I are a lot alike. We’re rather serious, we over-think things, we like to plan and be organized. I can get so caught up in the managing of everyday life that I forget to live it.
I love these pictures of you because you are living purely in the moment, pretending to be Diego, wearing your “rescue pack”, and showing me your “moves“.
I want this page to remind you to live in the moment. Be fearless. Be joyful. Express yourself. Try new things. Use your imagination. Play. Enjoy music. Dance! And then, you’ll truly be making all the right “moves”!
