That's great!!! I got my imitation crocs at Wal Mart... $9! And I love them! They are the most comfortable shoe I own! :) Love all the journaling and the photo composition!
this is great and i love that you don't do these things....so funny and it's a great thought. love the fact that the words go off of the black pp...AWESOME and journaling here is just fabulous
lmao--love this, girl. love it! Your journaling had me nodding and cracking up, all at once. And, as far as I am concerned, that is the measure of some good journaling. :) Now, I had to succumb and buy Sam the real Crocs, just 'cause, but I didn't buy her TWO pair like some people I know. *cough cough* And I brought her brown Mary Janes because they go with everything. :)
What a brilliant lo this is. The pic is classic and the journalling...priceless. We will certainly 'slap' you if you get too TRENDY', but then again, if it leads to lo's like this, we may just let you go lol! Into my favs.
omg, leanne. this is probably my favorite page you've ever done!! NOT kidding. the design is just exquisite and that journaling... WOW!!! can't get this into my faves fast enough!!!! oh... i JUST love everything about this!

Journaling: I like to think of myself as an original. I’m not a follower. I don’t buy name brand clothing just because I’m “supposed to.” I don’t drink rediculously expensive water, and I don’t keep up on celebrity gossip just because everyone else does. I don’t carry oversized purses because they’re “in style” and I wear whatever I can afford. I shop at WalMart and I don’t wear makeup everyday. I’m not popular or rich, and frankly, I don’t care. That having been said... I think I may have been fooling myself all along... The other day I went shopping for sneakers with my friend. After we’d looked everywhere with no luck we decided an ice cream was in order. So, we went to this little cold stone creamery cafe. As I sat next to her on the sofa in the corner of the room I couldn’t help but notice the black ceiling, the orange walls, the bright red accents, the black furniture, and the colorful hanging lights that made the dim room glow. Popular music was playing in the background and an accoustic guitar was propped up in the corner. Bottles of italian soda lined the counter and the room practically oozed trendiness. So naturally, I hated it. Right? Wrong. I *loved* it. I put my feet up on the coffee table, sat back, and soaked it in. I felt like I was on “FRIENDS.” I just couldn’t help myself. Then I realized I was wearing my new immitation crocks. Sheesh. I remember promising myself I *would not* buy those. They’re ugly. Years from now people will look at pictures of themselves wearing them and think, “What was my problem? Those aren’t even shoes.” Sigh... I suppose, in my defense, I should mention that I bought them because my coworkers wouldn’t stop going on about how comfortable and easy to clean they are. But frankly, I’m not sure if that’s an excuse or a real reason. At least I didn’t buy the real expensive ones. I got these Airwalks at ayless for $15. (Actually I bought two pair. These and another just like them in pink. Oh my...) So, maybe I’m not as different as I’d like to think I am. I guess it’s ok to buy into it all a little bit. But seriously, if I go to far... please someone, *PLEASE* just slap me!
