This is my lo for the April WASHI TAPE CHALLENGE. I used a sheet of white cs and created a background with a "brick wall" of torn Washi strips. I created the banner with Washi strips on white cs to make the pennants, adhered them to the page, added pearls and a little bit of Stickles around the pearls and added the blue twine.

I matted the pic on black, then white, then black. I used part of a premade tag for the title (I cut off the part with the rubber ducky, because it was from a baby bath sheet of stickers) and I added "Swim Class" with some small stickers and add Stickles to make them more watery. I added the ribbon and the white fancy brad. I cut a wave from a seaside sticker and added it next to the title and used some Stickles to make it sparkly and to make the colors work better with my lo. I used a black pen to add journaling lines and journaling.
