this product works really well. It punches and sets without a sound which is really great in a small home like mine.
The only reason i take away a star is that it requires a little more effort than it claims, and i did need to stand up to punch through the paper.
The packaging is attractive and functional. I'm really glad i bought this instead of a regular, noisy setter.
