    Classy Bling!! (16 February 2012)

This was the absolute best! I got the last three!! I used two on my friends unity candle for her wedding. GORGEOUS! Easy to use and beads do not fall off like other brands. Still need to be though. There are pieces to keep the swirls in place or the roses in place. Once it is on your project clip them and its perfect!!
FANTASTIC!! I hope they get more!

  • Ribbon: Use it, or lose it ($)!!! (15 December 2011)

PROS: It helps to organize and keep track of ribbon supply. The small clips keep small ribbon scraps that are still usable I got a second one to store the remainder of bolt ribbon and store items that need to be out of reach of little fingers.

CONS: not enough small clips!! A ruler would be handy. It can not handle larger bolts of ribbon.

THOUGHT: Maybe they should offer items for an additional prices like extra clips, empty bolts that fit and in various ribbon sizes, an attachable box for delicate lace or storage for other items like binding or thread.

ME: Terrific storage gadget!!! I find that I rreally use my my ribbon more often now that I can see what I have!!! It is off the floor in some box and up on the wall where you can see it and use it!

Spring faries - Love the color! (03 June 2011)

Making my first altered item. This was perfect!

    Pros:
So many colors, but of course being a Spring theme there was a lot of GREEN!! LOVE GREEN!! Graphjic 45 paper tends to match many of the Tim Holtz. I found that Forest Moss, Tattered Rose and old paper worked well. Plan on using the Bunny paper for Easter Cards and LO. It's a short stack So you use it, use it quick and don't get bored with a paper and style! Graphic 45 is a paper geared towards the vintage people specifically. A collections is the perfect starter.

    Cons:
If you are not really a green fanatic you might not enjoy this one. The only tie in with the bunnies were the fairies within them. There are a couple tags with bunnies but I would've preferred if they had stuck to the fairies! If you don't like fairies at all? This is NOT a stack for you!

  • Nice color for basic green! (12 February 2011)

I'm picky about the color green but this is a nice green! Great for the necessary stickle jobs but when we hit the holidays there is nothing like Stickles - holly!

Oranges are colors too! (09 February 2011)

I saw the Orange colored Distress Inks and thought OK! Glad I did, Beautiful colors alone and when used in combination with other colors it's almost unbelievable! This color works and I like it combined with the Dried Marigold and Brushed Corduroy (dark affect) or Mustard Seed and Scattered Straw for a Sunlight feel! This color also works well for dark pumpkin colors when the season arises.

Working with orange family (09 February 2011)

I try to use all colors and I can honestly say this and a few others combined made my venture into yellow/red a pleasant one! I tried a few combinations Brushed Corduroy and Spiced Marmalade for a darker tone, Wild Honey and Antique Linen for something lighter. Great stuff! this makes the beginner look like they've been doing this for years!

    A double sided mismatch? (09 February 2011)

ah contra r! I needed some black and white patterned paper and this one was terrific! I needed this for some flowers I was working on and this one fit the bill! The other side however bothered me. Worked perfect and no bright Christmas colored showed! I will say this, I will get more but for both sides as they are both great! It's a stronger than normal patterned p!

Oh Baby! Boy, grows (24 January 2011)

The colors here lend themselves to baby to getting older with the dark shades of lime green. I used this for an older brother and baby brother LO, looked terrific and I had letters to spare! Used them for a rough and tumble LO when he was 2. The joys of having Two sets of letters with such great coordinating colors. Only negative is the color transition letters between the two colors sometimes don't work with what you're working on.

Glimmer Mist, who would think, starer kit! (24 January 2011)

Misting is still a new thing for me and when I got this kit I had only two other colors. I looked at the bottles and had second thoughts until I tried it. This works! mixing the shades in this kit will give you a lt pink and green to a hot pink, grey, purple and more! wonderful collection of colors. I think the only problem is that you use so much for discovering colors and then have just enough for a few projects.

  • Want something in a bind? (19 December 2010)

I love these things! color is not important unless you want it for a mini baby book (my suggestion would be gold or white) a mini anniversary book (gold or silver) or school (Antique gold or silver). Easy to cut with the right tool and is really sturdy for important pictures/;mini books!

    Golden (18 December 2010)

I just recently bought some stickles through the recommendation of a fantastic friend! I love them! They are fun to work with. I guess that my only complaint would be you need a steady hand to do lines and practice for shapes and letters! Dots are easy and Christmas tags, cards and flowers looked great!

Microbeads gone wild! (18 December 2010)

These are fun to work with and add sparkle! It picked up the color of cardstock being used and matched everything I used it on perfectly My only issue with using the beads is having not enough/enough/too much glue on an area larger than a 2"x2". smaller areas were easier to work with.

Vintage with flair (11 December 2010)

Love how all the pages are double sided. The sicker add on's and edges are easy to work with and give ample time for relocation if need be. The letters were not the best to work with. I found that I needed to add color to keep them close to consistent. Other then that I loved working with the paper for cards and am saving the calling birds and french hens for some of our own Christmas LOs!

Variety, spice of life (19 November 2010)

Paper is very nice and the cardstock has no problems on my die cutter! 2.2 pounds of paper is A LOT The paper is bright and cheery. My only dis would be that the paper I received 'teen girl' theme, I have two sons and the only females are the dog and myself, we are both Tomboys at heart! Oh, Hubby was a no go. I do have a fantastic idea for a LO though which will work really well for both the boys in the family! After the new year though!

Beautiful Color and EASY to use! (19 November 2010)

When I first picked this out my only thought was, "what will I do with it"? The shade match so many of the lighter blues and greens. I was surprised really! I did not think the lime green would have so many hits on the color match but it did! I'm looking forward to using more of these.

Brilliant Shade of Green and great shine! (17 November 2010)

I bought this originally for one project and moved it to another! This is making the most beautiful Christmas Tags! The weight of the paper is PERFECT for die cutting! I'm happy with the fact that it is the same on both sides so forgetting to reverse the image when cutting is not a problem. I've made a few very small cuts and have had very clean edges. It is not just how sharp the blade is, it is also the quality of your paper!

Fantastic Cricut cartridge storage (14 October 2010)

This is great for Cricut cartridges! There are 3 sections in a drawer. Each section holds 5 Full content carts, their coinciding book and keypad cover. TERRIFIC! Love it, Love it!

See a pic at my place!

These are terrific books! (27 September 2010)

Customize ANY way you would like and have enough room, for a decent sized album/scrapbook. for our unplanned weekend getaway that needed to be remembered! This was perfect! I like the plastic insert that allows you to punch it with the album sheets and bind it as well. Then it's easy! slip the plastic sheet into the binder pocket inside and your done! I painted it, glazed it and then added bellies galore! Title worked out perfectly on the side. This is truly a great little find. In the future I might like to get the curved spine instead. I did not have enough play room for pages so tabs/odd page widths and variable pages was not a big option without losing room in the book.

Teeny and Tiny glue jobs BE DONE! (31 July 2010)

This one is on my top ten list! I often wondered how to get the little itty-bitty details on something I just cut glued to a card or layout. I tried this once and wondered no more! THIS IS GREAT!! Individual letters or small words will all stick down now, NO MORE RAISED EDGES! The glue is blue when it goes on and then turns clear. I think of this as a way of saying: Hey there is glue on here! and Hey you might want to adhere me to my intended surface. I love when my projects "talk" to me!

    I DON'T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT! (31 July 2010)

I find that it has everything I need and MORE!

PROS: I think the ability to use any mat whili designing gives flexibility. Placing items anywhere you want is great! the angling and turn functions are just a few of my favorites, as is the hide function!l I linked all my carts and love having them with me! With DS that carting carts, your laptop, and your regular crop stuff to the lab? NO FUN. now it is my bag and my Gypsy. Yes, DS has some of these too but when you are on DS it is a little more difficult to do. You can't see the buttons as clearly as you can the Gypsy. Via zoom button you can. You can work in the car (AS PASSENGER ONLY) with the car adapter. Or take it out, 4 hour life with fully charged battery.

CONS: The screen is small so for when I have tired eyes and I'm feeling a little seeing impaired I use the DS. Without the stylus it is difficult to maneuver. If they had a stylus with one of those ergo big cushy rubber things I would be set!

I Think this is my new best scrap buddy!

  • Read all you can before purchasing! (27 July 2010)

I have a Gypsy and have some problems with the screen once in a while. I like that it was easy to use but I could see how someone not being too savvy might have a problem. I took a quick class a week before I got it and read up many blogs and information I could.

The cursor sometimes takes a few tries to get it in place and the verifying cartridges is a bit of trouble if you are using more than 3 carts.! If you have a Jukebox you are fine, until you use more than 6 cartridges. Hopefully they will sync both Design Studio and Gypsy so that you link your cartridges and not have to worry about it.

Yes! I do like it a lot but there are many items I have grown accustom to on the Gypsy that I missed on DS.

    Definately permanent! (27 July 2010)

Tombow is one on my favorites list of products. I have always used the permanent but plan on trying the re positional for a change. When it sticks, it sticks! but you have a few seconds to say OOPS!

  • M-I-C-K--E-Y M-O-U-S-E!!!! Love IT!!! (27 July 2010)

It was the very first cut on my Cricut and as a matter of fact the last time I used my lil' bug it was the last cart I used! If you like the mouse and his friends you will love this!! It has Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Pluto. Different positions, icons, boarders and even a few unexpected shapes i.e. Mickey's and Minnie's houses, train, plane a few cars! Lots of great images and with a little imagination some of them can be used stand alone w/out characters! But it is better with them.

A MUST have on the Cartridge list.
