The layout is about the area around Sainte-Chapelle.
Journalling: "More of the chapel's gothic architecture & details/ As we walked alongside the building we saw an area where pieces of broken carved stones were sitting.
During the Revolution the chapel received much damage from angry mobs. Since this was a church specifically for the monarchs it was a target of great anger and violence from the masses.
We weren't sure which parts of the damage was from environmental erosion or from the crowd's destruction all those years ago.
Parts of the exterior seem to have fared better than others."
I used the Don Juan and Home Accents Solution Cricut carts for the flourish and fleur de lis.
