I scrapped this a few weeks ago - put it on sb.com - and then took it off to do more work to this LO. I just never liked how this LO turned out, so I kept tweaking things.

But here it is!

This LO is about my first experience with jury duty! In July, I served on a panel of 55 potential jurors at the Jackson County Courthouse in downtown KC, MO for a second degree murder trial. I didn't get picked for the jury, but I read in the newspaper later that week that the guy had been found guilty.

The picture is of the courthouse, the tag with the bar code was actually my nametag for the day, and the 'Certificate of Appreciation' is what I got in the mail a few days after jury duty!

I wrote tons of journaling here and I'm not going to type it all - but I think my description here explains the overall gist of what my journaling says!
