Yes, the title is a play on words from the song, "Ruby Tuesday." Those are my Mom's fancy "ruby shoes" at her 40th anniversary party. I was wearing ruby shoes too. That's the closest to Dorothy, from the Wizard of Oz, that we have ever felt, I think! The sequins reminded me of Dorothy's shoes too.

I made the dragonflies on my Cricut and then added rhinestone heads and bead bodies to them (strung on red wire). The beads are leftovers from the ones I had sewn onto my dress for the party. I used my Pagoda cartridge for the dragonfly cuts.

The vine frame was made on my Cricut, using the Storybook cartridge, and backed with red paper, topped off with roses. The red shoe at the bottom left was cut on my Mom's Cricut for me. (I had it in my stash.)
